PRICING INFORMATION
All prices are net prices and are subject to value-added tax.
Price type: Ex works
The item price does not include delivery or delivery costs.
Price type: carriage paid. The item price includes delivery carriage paid to the customer’s premises, up to the first locked door. For accessories or interior equipment ordered separately, prices are generally ex works plus packaging and freight costs and the applicable value-added tax

Price type: Delivery to place of use and 1st year of maintenance service
The item price includes free delivery to place of use, which entails installation at the desired location within the building. The first maintenance service after one year is included in the item price.
Information on Price Validity:
In the event that the costs of materials and consumables, freight, tolls, customs duties, energy, wages, and similar expenses should increase unpredictably during the contract period, we reserve the right to implement a corresponding price increase or issue a supplementary invoice.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery of packages or via general cargo freight forwarders generally takes place within one week of the preparation date. For shipments via a specialized carrier (for safety storage cabinets and hazardous materials work stations), delivery typically takes place—once all necessary delivery information (e.g., checklists) is available—within an average of 10 business days after the readiness date. You can find the exact delivery timeframe (preparation time + delivery time) in the detailed order confirmation or ask your asecos contact person for an estimate.
SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR DELIVERY CARRIEE PAID:
- Delivery is made to the area behind the first locked door (at ground level) on a disposable pallet
- Packaging material is included in the price
- Definition of “ground level”: no stairs, steps, etc. to negotiate
SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR FREE DELIVERY TO PLACE OF USE:
Includes the following additional services:- Delivery will be scheduled by asecos
- Highly recommended if you do not have your own trained staff available
- Installation at the desired location within the building (accessibility must be clarified in advance using a transport questionnaire to be completed by the customer)
- Alignment of the cabinet
- Removal of packaging materials
- Use of a crane or similar equipment
- A delivery time exceeding 30 minutes
